Royal Manchester Children's Hospital CharitySupporting excellence in treatment, care and research for our patients.
Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity supports excellence in treatment, care and research for children and their families at one of UK’s largest children’s hospital. The hospital treats over 200,000 young patients every year from as far north as Cumbria and as far south as Stoke. The hospital has a national reputation for providing the very best care in a variety of specialties including bone marrow transplantation, burns treatment and critical care.
Your support can make a real difference to the lives of our young patients and their parents, helping families stay together and support one another during a very stressful time.
With your help, we support the hospital by funding additional support and resources that it’s not possible to provide from core NHS funding. The Charity supports projects to create more child-friendly spaces within the hospital, to purchase specialist equipment that makes diagnosis and treatment of our young patients quicker and easier, and medical research to improve our understanding of children’s illnesses and how best to treat them.
Royal Manchester Children’s Hospital Charity is one of a family of charities run by the Central Manchester University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust Charity. The other charities are University Dental Hospital Charity, Manchester Royal Eye Hospital Charity, Manchester Royal Infirmary Hospital Charity, Saint Mary’s Hospital Charity and Trafford Hospitals Charity.
